01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between mybos and every individual who registers for or uses the mybos platform. This Agreement takes effect when you click the "Register" button, complete the registration process, or access any part of the mybos platform, including the website, mobile app, and any related services we provide.

By continuing to use the mybos platform after any changes to this Agreement are posted, you are deemed to have automatically accepted those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable conditions.

Mybos provides an online entertainment platform covering slot games, Live Casino, bingo, virtual sports, and various other game categories. All services are subject to the terms stated herein, as well as any additional specific rules that may apply to particular game categories or promotions.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the mybos platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mybos platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited. mybos employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all such accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. This information will be used for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.

• Your full name must match the name on your identity card or passport
• Your email address must be active and accessible to receive important notices from mybos
• Your phone number must be an active Malaysian number registered in your own name
• The bank account or digital wallet registered must be in the same name as the mybos account

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Mybos provides a range of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, including interbank transfers, local digital wallets, and other payment methods approved by mybos from time to time.

All withdrawal requests are subject to mybos's internal security review. mybos reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure the transaction is legitimate and secure. The withdrawal method must match or be related to the deposit method used.

• mybos does not impose any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Members must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Wins obtained through illegitimate means will be voided in full
• mybos reserves the right to limit or restrict access to any game at any time

07 Member Conduct

Mybos expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow users in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. Inappropriate behaviour may result in a warning, suspension, or account closure depending on the severity of the case.

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward the mybos support team is strictly prohibited
• Spreading false or misleading information about mybos on any platform is strictly prohibited
• Using your mybos account for any illegal activities, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited
• Sharing your account login details with any third party is strictly prohibited
• Manipulating or attempting to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities discovered is strictly prohibited

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your mybos account password and login credentials confidential. mybos will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Please be vigilant against any phishing attempts impersonating mybos.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security
• Do not log in to your mybos account using a public computer or unsecured public WiFi network
• Notify mybos immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Mybos employs 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layered security system to protect your personal and financial information. That said, the security of your account also depends on your own diligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

09 Liability Limits

Mybos provides an online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While mybos strives to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors, technical disruptions, or unplanned downtime.

• mybos is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connection failures.
• mybos makes no guarantee of wins or returns in any game.
• mybos's liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the claim
• mybos is not liable for the actions of third parties that may affect your gaming experience.

10 Account Closure

Mybos reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions, fraud, illegal activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or other members.

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mybos support team
• Valid real-money balances will be refunded to members once the verification process is complete, subject to there being no outstanding claims
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for a refund of remaining balance or wins
• Members who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may apply to reactivate it once the cooling-off period has ended

11 Privacy & Data Protection
